PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a channel again automatically as to a registered program that can be received when a reception channel is changed and to automatically or simply delete the registered program that cannot be received by discriminating the registered program unable to be received for a reception channel set again and processing this registered program according to a prescribed algorithm. SOLUTION: A CPU 4 updates a table and compares SID according to contents of a ROM 6 that stores a program while referring to contents of a teletext signal in a RAM 5 and contents of a registration program table 8 and of a SID table 9 stored in an EEPROM 7. Furthermore, the CPU 4 allows a display means 10 to display the table or the like. When detecting a change in a broadcast station of a received channel, the channel of a receptible broadcast station among registered programs in the registration program table 8 is set again through automatic setting of a registered program channel. The registered program that results from the broadcast station that cannot be received is deleted through undesired registration program processing.
