PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzing method capable of removing an error, even if blood is filtered by a glass fiber filter to simply measure the blood components. SOLUTION: When a blood plasma or serum specimen obtained by filtering blood by a glass fiber filter (glass fiber filter paper) 30 is analyzed, (a) and (b) in a relational equation Y=aX+b of an analyzed value X of blood plasma or serum obtained, by filtering blood preliminarily by the glass fiber filter 30 and an analyzed value Y thereof obtained by a standard blood separating method are calculated preliminarily. An analyzed value Yt corrected by this expression is calculated from an analyzed value Xt of the blood plasma or serum specimen. |
