PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record a plurality of block of program information data obtained at a receiver side without missing parts, while confirming the contents of information when transmitting an information signal modulated on the basis of transmission data including the program information data. SOLUTION: This information signal transmitter is provided with a plurality of transmission data generating sections 11-1-11-M, each of which generates transmission data synthesized with coded program information data, additional data including start end identification data inserted respectively to a start and an end of a block denoting a music in the program information data, a multiplexer processing section 20, that multiplexes a plurality of the transmission data obtained respectively from a plurality of the transmission data generating sections 11-1-11-M, and signal transmission sections 21, 22, 23 that transmit an information signal subjected to modulation by the multiplexer transmission data from the multiplexer processing section 20.
