PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to reuse a defective sheet explosive and an unnecessary sheet explosive, to unnecessitate the time (pot life) for hardening a binder and a place in which a constant temperature is kept and to enable initiation with #6 and #8 detonating caps. SOLUTION: The plastic explosive composition contains (1) a plastic explosive composition obtained by mixing a thermoplastic resin having 60-100 deg.C melting point with an oil as a binder. (2) The thermoplastic resin is mixed by 15-40%. (3) The thermoplastic resin is mixed with an oil having good compatibility with the rubber phase of the thermoplastic resin. (4) The oil is an aliphatic oil. (5) The plastic explosive composition is obtained by mixing 15-40% styrene block copolymer with 60-85% aliphatic oil. (6) The oil in 1, 3, 4 or 5 is obtained by mixing a paraffin oil with a naphthene oil and an aromatic hydrocarbon.
