CAULKING STRUCTURE OF RESIN PART

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the caulking structure capable of ensuring accurate alignment and excellent weld strength. SOLUTION: A plate-shaped rib 3 is provided to the single surface of one resin part 1 among a pair of bonded and fixed resin parts 1, 2 and a slit hole 4 permitting the insertion of the rib 3 is provided to the other resin part 2 and plate-shaped guides 5, 5 are provided on the single surface of the resin part 2 at a required interval so as to cross the slit hole 4 at a right angle and a part of the rib 3 inserted through the slit hole 4 is melted and solidified to integrate both resin parts 1, 2 by caulking.
