PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel-saving-type burner for discharging an intense heat by completely burning fuel being discharged due to the increase in flow rate while blown air causes vortex phenomenon for swirling, and at the same time for saving fuel and hence reducing exhaust gas in a burner that mainly uses light oil and kerosene. SOLUTION: In a burner, a fuel supply shaft 4 where a fan 3 that speedily rotates is fitted into a burner sleeve 2 and an injection nozzle 5 is connected to the tip. The burner is composed of a flame port 10 that is formed so that it has a conical shape while being inclined within a range of 60-120 deg. and is fitted to the tip of the fuel supply shaft 4 and a flame cap 20 that is connected to the tip of the burner sleeve 2 so that the outside of the flame port 10 can be covered, where a number of vortex blades being rounded inward are formed spirally, and that is inclined within a range of 80-140 deg. and is formed so that it has a conical shape.
