CELLULASE PREPARATION COMPRISING OF ENDOGLUCANASE ENZYME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new enzyme which consists of an endonuclease enzyme capable of amplifying PCR fragments by the use of a sense and antisense oligonucleotide primer set containing a specific base sequence and is useful as an additive for detergent or the like. SOLUTION: This new enzyme is an endoglucanase enzyme encoded by a nucleotide sequence and can amplify polymerase chain reaction(PCR) fragments by using a sense and antisense oligonucleotide primer set consisting of sense primer ZC 3485 of formula I and antisense primer ZC 3558 of formula II, sense primer ZC 3486 of formula III and antisense primer ZC 3559 of formula IV, sense primer ZC 3556 of formula V and antisense primer ZC 3560 of formula VI or the like from this nucleotide sequence, and is used as an additive for detergent or the like. This enzyme is obtained by cultivating Humicola insolens DHS 1800 and purifying the resultant cultivated product by means of affinity chromatography or the like.
