PURPOSE: A faucet is provided to be generally used by a low cost due to low price members and a simple operation. CONSTITUTION: A faucet comprises a faucet body(10), a sleeve(20), a stem(30) and two rubber packings. The faucet body(10) is connected to a water supplying pipe and has a water passage(10a) formed therein. The sleeve(20) is fixedly installed perpendicularly to the water passage(10a) of the faucet body(10) and has two through holes(20a,20b) fluidically connected with the water passage(10a). The stem(30) is rotatably installed in the sleeve(20) and has an open portion(31) for delivering water by fluidically connecting the through holes(20a,20b) of the sleeve(20) and a shut portion(32) perpendicular to the open portion(31), thereby controls whether supply the water or not and the flow rate of the water. The rubber packings for sealing are attached closely to an outer periphery surface of the through holes(20a,20b) of the sleeve(20).
