PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication network having an exchange, in which services capable of being executed by a subscriber are stored in a storage device. SOLUTION: In this communication network, a subscriber transmits either or both of a program and a command or a macro to a storage device 3 of an exchange 1 and the exchange 1 is designed, so that the subscriber sending both or either of the program and the command to the exchange 1 activates or inactivates both or either of the program and the command. Thus, the subscriber generates a program, in matching with its own request or makes the program to adapt to the request.
