PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate grasping the distribution and the trend of wind direction and wind velocity. SOLUTION: Based on the measurement data obtained by a wind direction wind velocity meter 1, an average value for every specific unit of time is calculated by the data input processor 3 of a data processor 2. The average value for every specific unit of time is stored in a data memory 4 as specific number of time sequential data in turn along the time sequence from the latest one. A wind velocity scale 7 and a direction scale 8 are set on a CRT 9 screen. A plurality of arrows 6 based on each time sequential data are indicated on the same CRT 9 screen of a display 5 so that newer one should be given denser color along the time sequence.
