PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a DC-DC converter device which does not cause large losses, loud noise, nor high surge voltages when switching elements are switched and, can reduce the number of modules when the device utilizes general-purpose modules. SOLUTION: Since first and second rectifiers 16 and 17 are connected to first to third circuits 101-103 in a bridge, losses and noise are reduced with a simple circuit. Furthermore, an inverter section 104 can be constituted of three modules by employing a general-purpose module for each of the circuit s101-103.
