PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excessive measured service call detection system in an exchange system for detecting and communicating an excessive measured service call by each speech. SOLUTION: An excessive measured service call detection control system 10 in this exchange system is provided with a speech measured service detecting circuit 11 for detecting the measured service of call during a telephone call, a frequency integrating circuit 12 for integrating the detected measured service in speech for each call, and for outputting it as a cumulative measured service, a charging information confirming circuit 14 for detecting a call whose cumulative measured service is beyond set preliminarily control measured service for each speech, and for deciding normality of the charging of the excessive measured service call, a confirmed result outputting device 15 for outputting a charging normality confirmed result from the charging information confirming circuit, and a calling state control circuit 16 for operating the call disconnection processing of the excessive measured service call, when it is decided that the charging of the call beyond the control measured service is abnormal.
