TORQUE CONVERTER FOR AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION

PURPOSE: A torque converter for an automatic transmission vehicle is provided to enhance efficiency by changing an inserting type blade according to the incidence angle of a turbine blade. CONSTITUTION: A torque converter in an automatic transmission vehicle contains a pump pumping oil; a turbine driven by the pump, with a turbine blade(15) in the incidence direction of oil; a stator moving oil from the turbine to the pump; and an inserting type blade(7) inserted into the turbine blade. Herein, the inserting type blade consists of a groove(21) and a concave portion(23) horizontally formed on the inside of the groove. The turbine blade is combined with the inserting type blade with a convex portion(17) inserted into the concave portion.
