PURPOSE: A rolling tape cutter for an automatic chip mounter is provided to reduce a capacity of a motor by directly rotating a cutter by the motor. CONSTITUTION: The rolling tape cutter for an automatic chip mounter includes a housing(10) and a rack gear(14) installed in the housing(10). Limit switches are formed at the two ends of the rack gear(14), respectively. Two sliding bars are installed at a front portion and a rear portion of the rack gear(14). An integrating case(17) is installed under a lower portion of the rack gear(14) for integrating cut tapes. A motor(20) having a motor shaft(40) and a free shaft is installed in a main body. The first gear(21) rotated by the rack gear(14) is installed at the motor shaft(40). The second gear(22) is assembled with the third gear(23).
