摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image pickup device which can be used, even when an error is caused in an angle formed by an optical system and a sensor and a range-finding device using this image pickup device. SOLUTION: A 3rd sensor array 23 is arranged, by leaving an interval (h) from a 1st and a 2nd sensor arrays 21 and 22 arranged at the almost image forming position of a pair of optical systems. Based on the inclinationψ=tan-1 (h/Z) of an object image calculated from the image forming positions of the object images T1 and T2 detected by the respective arrays 21, 22 and 23 and a deviation angleθbetween the optical systems and the sensor detected after the device is assembled, an interval between images X is corrected to a reference interval between images K=X[1-tanθ/tan(ψ+θ)] which is obtained, when the object image crosses orthogonally with optical base line length R0 and used.
