PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably manufacture inorganic spheroidized particles having a good quality without allowing soot, etc., to adhere to and deposit on the vicinity of the raw material powder blowing-out port of a burner. SOLUTION: In a burner device, a flow passage for fuel gas is formed between a first supply pipe 11 having an opening with a spreading out internal surface at its front end, and a raw material power supply pipe 10 having an opening also with a spreading out internal surface at its front end, by arranging the pipe 11 outside the pipe 10 at a prescribed interval; and, at the same time, a flow passage for a combustion gas composed of oxygen or oxygen-rich air is formed between the first supply pipe 11 and a second supply pipe 12 provided with a flow passage 13 for circulating cooling water, by arranging the pipe 12 on the outside of the pipe 11 at a prescribed interval. The raw material power supply pipe 10 and the flow passages for fuel gas and gas for combustion gas are opened through the bottom section of a flame holding section 14 composed of a recessed section provided at the front end section of the second supply pipe 12 so that the pipe and flow passages may be opened in front of the flow passage for combustion gas. |
