PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the ventilating property of an entrance part to facilitate the opening and closing of an entrance door, and to facilitate the mounting of a ventilation louver by integrating the ventilation louver to the entrance unit arranged on an outer wall adjacently to the entrance door. SOLUTION: In an apartment house, an entrance unit 10 is arranged on an outer wall 2 adjacently to an entrance door 1. The entrance unit 10 comprises an illuminating lamp mounting part 13, a room name card mounting part 14, an interphone mounting part 15, a delivery receiving post 16 with a lid 18, and a ventilation louver 17 which are integrally formed on a rectangular frame ?11 in order from above. The ventilation louver 17 comprises a plurality of louvers rotatable through a link, and it is automatically closable by the elastic force of a spring when a thermal fuse is molten by a fire. Accordingly, the ventilating property of the entrance part is improved by the ventilation louver 17 to facilitate the opening and closing of the entrance door 1, and the ventilation louver 17 is integrally assembled to the entrance unit 10, whereby the mounting of the ventilation louver 17 can be facilitated. |
