PURPOSE: An electro-deposition paint composition based on acrylates used to prepare color filter of liquid crystal display device and PCB which has the stability of the end-product to bath liquor and stable electro-deposition property is provided. CONSTITUTION: An anionic electro-deposition paint composition based on water soluble acrylates according to the present invention comprises: 100 parts by weight of polyacrylate resin having epoxy-amine bond on the branch thereof; and 5 to 15 parts by weight of hydrophilic acrylate photo-curing agent having at least two of double bonds and anionic salt or 5 to 30 parts by weight of melamine type thermal curing agent.
