PURPOSE: A CENTREX(CENTRalized EXchange) conference call apparatus of an exchange is provided to display service proceeding states dependent on a CENTREX conference call to the digital telephone sets of all digital subscribers who participate in the conference call of a CENTREX group. CONSTITUTION: An operator terminal(10), controlled by the key operation of an operator, operates an exchange by communicating with a high level processor(12). The high level processor(12) carries out the function of maintenance for system state management. A low level processor(14) reports the conditions of each digital subscriber line to the high level processor(12) and controls each digital subscriber line with the control command of the high level processor(12). A common channel signaling interface processor(16) carries out an inter remote terminal message transfer function equivalent to the level 3 in No.7 functions, communicating with the high level processor(12).
