PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper-covered lamp stand at court with high durability wherein its engagement part of a leg and a base plate is less deformed and a proper engagement state can be maintained for along time. SOLUTION: In this paper-covered lamp stand at court wherein the lower part of a shade is mounted on a base plate 11 that the upper end of a leg 12 is fit into and the upper part of the shade is hung on a support that the lower end thereof is fit into the base plate 11, the assembly and disassembly of the base plate 11 and the leg 12 is performed whereby a projection that the surface thereof is covered with a plastic rectangular-column like cover 32 is provided on the upper end of the leg 12, a plastic bush 40 having a rectangular hole 41 is fit and mounted on the lower side of the base plate 11 and the projection is fit into and pulled out of the rectangular hole 41 of the bush 40.
