PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide connecting hardware capable of creating no gap between members to be connected when coupling these members together, of dispersing stresses, of being fitted to mass production at a low cost and of making strong connections, and the framework structure using the connecting hardware. SOLUTION: Almost U-shaped cut sides (MNOP), (QRST) are formed to side plate portions 3, 4, and middle pull-out pieces 5, 6 are provided symmetrically at the right and left. When bent by press forming, a pair of side plate portions 3, 4 are bent oppositely each other with the right and left side edges (AB), (CD) of the stiffening plate 2 as a fulcrum, bottom plate portions 7, 8 are bent to the inner sides with the lower sides (BG), (DH) of the side plate portions 3, 4 as a fulcrum, and a column and a beam or the like are coupled together by a jointing fittings 20 with the middle pull-out pieces 5, 6 bent outwardly with turn-around sides (MP), (QT) of the side plate portions 3, 4 as a fulcrum.
