PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the PDC and PHS integrated type mobile body terminal which enables automatic switching from a set PDC or PHS standby mode to a different mode (submode). SOLUTION: The PDC and PHS integrated type mobile body terminal, equipped with a key operation part 60, a liquid crystal display part 70, a PHS radio part 30, a PDC radio part 40, and a control part 50 controlling them, is equipped with priority mode operation means (56, 58) which performs originating and terminating call preferentially in the set standby mode, submode shifting means (52, 54, 55 to 57) which automatically enters the submode when a state wherein the terminal is outside a service area in the priority mode is detected for a specific time, and automatic recovering means (56, 58) which automatically return to the set standby mode when originating or terminating call in the submode ends.
