PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge molten solder only at the necessary time and to stop the discharging of the molten solder at the unnecessary time even in case of untizing a solder melting means and solder discharging means. SOLUTION: In a soldering iron 1 which melts creamy solder in a filling chamber 8 and discharges the molten solder through a nozzle at the iron tip 2, the nozzle 3 is arranged so as to be freely reciprocated, and an energizing spring 11 which always energizes the nozzle 3 to the reverse side of the filling chamber 8, and a switch valve 12 which opens the interval between the filling chamber 8 side and the nozzle 3 in the case of pushing the nozzle 3 to the filling chamber 8 side against the energized force with the energizing spring 11 and reversely, closed the interval between the filling chamber 8 side and the nozzle 3 in the case of energizing the nozzle 3 to the reverse side of the filling chamber 8 with the energizing spring 11, are provided.
