PURPOSE: A hand-over process method of a wireless communication system is provided to cope with circumstance variations of a base station and a terminal, and to optimize a communication circumstance between a base station and a terminal. CONSTITUTION: In a hand-over process method of a wireless communication system, a base station(10) watches whether own communication circumstance is deteriorated(41). If own communication circumstance is deteriorated, the base station(10) requests a hand-over to a terminal(12). The base station(10) sends channel change information for requesting the hand-over to the terminal(12)(43). The terminal(12) performs a hand-over process by use of the received information. After processing the hand-over, the terminal(12) sends to the base station(10) information for confirming that the hand-over process is completed(44).
