PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the impedance adjustment of an antenna. SOLUTION: This antenna is provided with a balanced antenna part 12 constituted of the pattern of conductive layers symmetrically formed on one face side of a substrate 10 of a dielectric and a microstrip line 20 formed on the other face side of the substrate 10 and constituted of a conductive layer in a prescribed pattern connected with the balanced antenna part 12 at a power feeding point 62. The microstrip line 20 can perform an unbalance/balance converting function and an impedance converting function between a coaxial cable 30 and the balanced antenna part 12. When antenna characteristics are changed due to the mounting of this antenna on a vehicle door mirror or the like, the line width of the line 20 is adjusted so that the impedance can be adjusted, and accurate impedance matching can be attained.
