PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid problems in communication capacity and flow delay concerning an electronic mail by providing a viewer participation type program. SOLUTION: A broadcasting station 12 broadcasts contents obtained by multiplexing a program, an index which includes a scene 1d specifying the scene in the program and a destination address, and then additional information with the electronic mail received from a viewer as the contents. A terminal 15 transmits opinions and impression with respect to specified scene in the program to the broadcasting station 12 by the form of the electronic mail via the Internet 16. In this case, information of the index is fetched to the header or the title of the electronic mail. For example, Id is used for specifying the scene corresponding to the opinion and the impressions. The station 12 multiplexes the received E-mail with respect to the program as additional information and distributes it to the unspecified or specified viewers through a digital broadcasting. |
