PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the discharge of hot water at high temperature from a hot water supply plug by controlling a bypass control valve in full open position, even if a juxtaposed eat exchanger for hot water supply is heated by the heating of a heat exchanger for additional stoking at additional stoking operation of a single-boiler two-water system of heat exchanger. SOLUTION: For a single-boiler two-water system of heat exchanger, a heat exchanger 7 for hot water supply and a heat exchanger 7 for additional stoking are arranged side by side and they are heated with the same burner 6. At additional stoking operation, bathtub water 14 circulates by a circulation pump 12, the circulation via a return pipe 15 is detected by a flow water detector 16, a fan 3 for combustion rotates, a gas proportional valve 5 opens, the burner 6 ignites, and the water is heated with a heat exchanger 17 for additional stoking and circulates to a bathtub 13 by a forward pipe 18. Moreover, the heat exchanger 7 for hot water supply is heated at the same time, and the temperature of the hot water within this heat exchanger 7 goes high. At this time, even if the user opens a hot water supply plug 1, the hot water at high temperature within the heat exchanger 7 for hot water supply is controlled not to be discharged, being mixed with water on water entry side since the bypass control valve 8 is in full open position.
