In the present invention there is disclosed a clamping device for detachable fastening dishes (9) handle (1) for preparing or serving out dishes consisting of grips placed on the handle (1) and on dishes (6) that are connectable with each other, whereby the first grip, performed on the handle (1) has at least one side projection (2, 3, 4, 28, 29, 30, 31), that reaches, after fastening of the handle (1) outside the inner space of dishes (9) and the second grip, being arranged on the outer side of the dishes (9) has a fixing area (5, 6, 7, 39, 40), whereby by turning by less than 360 degrees the side projection (2, 3, 4, 28, 29, 30, 31), can be brought into engagement with the fixing area (5, 6, 7, 39, 40) and the fixing region (5, 6, 7) of the second grip is performed on inner side of a partially arched bent wire part (8).
