PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure concentricity of an input side member and an output side member, and to simplify a structure. SOLUTION: A two-way clutch unit X has an inner ring 34 as an input side member, an outer ring 36 as an output side member, plural rollers 42 as torque transmitting members interposed between an outer peripheral surface of the inner ring 34 and an inner peripheral surface of the outer ring 36, a cage 40 for holding the roller 42, a torsion bar 38 for coaxially and relatively rotatably connecting the inner ring 34 and the outer ring 36 and a switching mechanism. The inner ring 34 is fixed to the torsion bar 38, the outer ring 36 is made freely rotatable, and input rotational torque from a driving source is constituted so as to be inputted to the inner ring 34 via the torsion bar 38.
