PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently produce an inexpensive valve mold having good dimensional accuracy. SOLUTION: Fine component in slurry which does not permeate small holes is deposited on forming surface by removing water which is medium of the slurry from small holes of forming mold having many small holes by using cellulosic raw material-based slurry having >=550 ml Canada standard freeness(CSF) of a slurry composition to provide a wet formed material having <=10 mm thickness and hot air at >=80 deg.C is passed through the deposited layer under condition in air permeating amount of >=0.5 L/cm2.min and the wet formed material is dried in the mold.
