PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior pillar garnish for vehicle with a ventilation function eliminating installation labor of a special device and ventilating a cabin of a vehicle while the vehicle is stopping with engine turned off, and to function the garnish as a ventilation duct eliminating a special power supply and ventilating automatically with a temperature sensor. SOLUTION: A ventilation opening 12 which opens inside a cabin is provided. A duct 13 forming a ventilation passage is provided behind the ventilation opening. An electric fan 4 is provided at an arbitrary position in the ventilation passage to form an interior pillar garnish for vehicle 1. A solar battery is used as a power supply 2 for the electric fun 4. A control circuit is provided to activate the electric fun 4 through a temperature sensor provided in the cabin when the cabin temperature increases above a designated temperature, and stops the electric fun 4 when the temperature decreases below the designated temperature.
