PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost and improve maintenance workability by using the same devices as those in an intra-machine device of smaller width for an intra- machine device of larger with in the two sorts of the intra-machine devices of different widths. SOLUTION: For this game medium dispensing intra-machine device B disposed on the side of a game machine, at least a card reader-writer 15 and a control board 13 are contained in a machine frame 11, so game media are lent by depositing a prepaid card. The width of the machine frame 11 is set larger than a necessary size to contain the card reader-writer 15 and the control board 13, the machine frame 11 is composed to have gaps S1, S2 between side surfaces of these devices 15 and 13 and side surfaces of the machine frame 11, and a front surface plate of the machine frame 11 is provided to be detachable from the other parts of the machine frame 11.
