PURPOSE: An electro-photographic printer equipped with a paper guiding device is provided to effectively perform a printing operation by smoothly discharge outside a paper on which a transfer procedure is finished by reducing paper jam errors. CONSTITUTION: An electro-photographic printer equipped with a paper guiding device includes a guide(34) mounted adjacently to a transfer roller at a front end part for guiding a printing paper passed through between the transfer roller and a fusing roller, a guide support(33) for supporting the guide rotatably on a hinge shaft(35), a contact roller(32) for rotatably mounted at a lower part of the guide in a contact with the transfer roller, and a spring(36) for elastically supporting the guide, wherein the front end part of the guide is maintained most adjacently to a surface of the transfer roller in operation mode and separated from the surface of the transfer roller in standby mode, and the spring is in the shape of plate of which one end part is fixed at a bottom surface of the guide support for elastic positioning of the front end part of the guide adjacent to the surface of the transfer roller.
