摘要 PURPOSE: A system for complete combustion of inflammable waste material for energy recovery purposes is provided to recover and reuse the energy of high temperature gas exhausted from an incineration furnace. CONSTITUTION: A system for complete combustion of inflammable waste material for energy recovery purposes comprises a heat exchange coil(16) provided below a burner(12), a waste heat boiler(24) followed by a combustion chamber(22), a heat exchanger(25) for heat exchanging the heat of high temperature gas passed through the waste heat boiler in an air-cooled manner, a centrifugal device(24) by which the gas passed through the heat exchanger(25) may be dropped and collected by the centrifugal force, a blower(60) for accelerating the gas moving speed lowered in the centrifugal device(26), a primary dust collector(27) for collecting the dust particles from the gas passed through the blower(60), a secondary dust collector(28) for increasing the amount of collective dust particles, and a third combustion chamber(31) for burning the gas of which dust particles have been removed and eliminating a harmful exhaust gas. In the system, an incinerating device and a combustion device are separately installed. The waste heat generated from the incinerating device and the combustion device may be heat exchanged in a heat exchanger and be used for energy source. The dust generated from the incinerating device and the combustion device may be removed in three-stepped collecting devices. Also, the harmful exhaust gas generated from such devices may be completely burned by recombustion and then discharged to the air, so that any air pollution may be protected.
