PURPOSE: A liquid display panel is provide to suppress the need of correct alignment for the upper and lower plates and to remove a DS(disclination) line from the liquid display panel. CONSTITUTION: A liquid display panel according to the present invention includes a first plate(200), a first electrode(40), a second plate(100), and a second electrode(60). The first plate(200) is provided for display. The first electrode(40) is formed on the first plate and includes a plurality of first opening lines with a first direction. The second plate(100) are implemented to face the first plate. The second electrode(60) is formed on the second plate and includes a plurality of second opening lines touching the first opening lines and implemented with a second direction different from the first direction of the first opening lines.
