CONSTITUTION: A health beverage using grapefruit is obtained from a method comprising the following steps: press-crushing washed grapefruit, followed by mixing with olive oil in the presence of emulsifier(poly soribate); and then adding L-ornithine and stevioside, followed by mixing.
