PURPOSE: Provided is a two phase separated hair conditioning shampoo composition having an excellent conditioning effect by quick separation velocity of two layers and having improved viscosity enough for convenient use. CONSTITUTION: A two phase separated hair conditioning shampoo composition comprises the followings: no less than one 5-25 wt.% of ethylene oxide added/or not anion surfactant ; no less than one 0.1-20.0 wt.% of hair conditioning agent; no less than one 0.1-2.0 wt.% of emulsifying agent; 3-10 wt.% of aqueous inorganic salt for quick separation as lowering the viscosity of aqueous phase; 0.1-2.0 wt.% of starch for improving the viscosity of conditioning shampoo composition.
