PURPOSE: A bidirectional compressing pump is provided to improve the pumping capacity and maximize the convenience of user by generating sufficient pumping force by using the hydraulic pressure from a vehicle and performing stable operation regardless of temperature. CONSTITUTION: A bidirectional compressing pump includes a hydraulic cylinder formed with an inlet and an outlet of fluid with a predetermined distance on a periphery of the hydraulic cylinder, a hydraulic piston disposed for closely contact an inner periphery surface of the hydraulic cylinder, a pair of piston stoppers coupled at both end parts of the hydraulic cylinder for determining a limit reciprocating distance of the hydraulic piston, a cylindrical compressing cylinder coupled with the piston stoppers for receiving an antiseptic solution introduced from outside, an inlet/outlet check valve closely coupled with the end parts of the compressing cylinder for alternately introducing and discharging the antiseptic solution, a shaft extended from at both end parts of the hydraulic piston in the movement direction with a predetermined distance for transmitting the movement force of the hydraulic piston, a compressing piston fixed at both side end parts of the shaft and closely contacted with an inner periphery of the compressing cylinder, and a shaft tightening element provided between the shaft element and the piston stoppers for preventing mixing of the fluid and the antiseptic solution.
