PURPOSE: A method for monitoring either running a predetermined route in a remote position by use of position data, is provided to edit, to manage, and to transmit a file performing a file transmission function and a UNIX command performance function to service system from a development system, a file system back-up management, a file version management, and a file system management by use of an authoring tool from a virtual system. CONSTITUTION: A method for monitoring either running a predetermined route in a remote position by use of position data, contains processes. In a first process, an authoring tool agent initializes a circumstance, receives a connection request from a client, performs a user certification of the client, to set up a connection with the client. In a second process, the agent receives a command from the client, to perform a file editing, managing, and transmitting function. A third process is to use the tool from a virtual bank system.
