PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and cheaply remove the play of base isolation bearing before replacing a load of a building to the base isolation bearing. SOLUTION: A withstand pressure slab 24 is constructed to a lower part of a supporting beam 22 which is an already arranged as foundation of an existing building while supporting the existing building by a temporally receiving member. Thereafter, pressure bolts 30 for pressurizing an isolator 28 are implanted in the withstand pressure slab 24. With the pressure bolts 30, the isolator 28 is fixed between the supporting beam 22 and the withstand pressure slab 24 after the isolator 28 fixed on the supporting beam 22 is previously shrunk by applying pressure. Subsequently, a load of the existing building is replaced from a temporally receiving member to the isolator 28.
