PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a silicone rubber composition which can give a cured product having high shock absorptivity as well as weather resistance, low- temperature resistance, and heat resistance inherent in a silicone rubber by adding a hollow filter to a curable organopolysiloxane composition. SOLUTION: This composition-comprises 100 pts.wt. (A) curable organopolysiloxane composition and 0.1-20 pts.wt. (B) hollow filler having a mean particle diameter of 200μm or below and an elastic characteristic of 10% or above. Component B is desirably one made from a thermoplastic resin. Component A is desirably an addition-curable silicone rubber composition comprising 100 pts.wt. organopolysiloxane having at least two alkenyl groups on the average per molecule and having an average degree of polymerization of 1,200 or below, 0.1-50 pts.wt. organohydrogenpolysiloxane having at least two Si-bonded hydrogen atoms in the molecule and represented by the average compositional formula: RbHcSiO(4-b-c)/2 (wherein R is a 1-10C monovalent hydrocarbon group), and a catalytically effective amount of an addition reaction catalyst.
