PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow adaptation for environmental issues, and to prevent idle rotation. SOLUTION: In this method, a compression-bonding type adhesive layer 2 is printed in an inner face of a thermal shrinking type sheath tube 1. A gas cylinder 3 is covered with the tube 1 to be followed by heating, the tube 1 is closely brought directly into contact with an outer face of the gas cylinder 3 by shrinkage force of the tube 1, and a portion of the adhesive layer 2 is bonded via the adhesive layer 2. In this resin-coated gas cylinder 3, the outer face of the gas cylinder 3 is coated by the tube 1 with the adhesive layer 2 printed in the inner face, in a direct close contact face 5 due to thermal shrinkage and a bonded face 6 via the adhesive layer 2.
