PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set even a lock on the direction changeable rear wheel while optionally changing the direction of a wagon main body. SOLUTION: A bracket 11 mounted with a rear wheel 4 is horizontally rotatably arranged on the under surface of a wagon main body via a vertical pivot shaft 10, and a pair of left/right regulating projection pieces 12, 12 are projected downward on the under surface of the wagon main body to regulate a turning angle of the bracket 11. Blade-shaped engaging parts 15, 15 are arranged on the left/right sides of a grounding wheel part of the rear wheel 4, a lock operation lever 23 is horizontally rotatably pivoted on the under surface front part of the wagon main body 1 via a support shaft 24, the operation lever 23 and the other end of a connecting bar 20 are connected in an eccentric position from the support shaft 24, and one engaging part 15 of the direction changed rear wheel 4 is pushed by a pair of engaging claws 18, 18 on the left/ right both side ends of a lock plate 16 advancing/retreating by being connected to one end of the connecting bar 20 to almost simultaneously engage the left/ right both side engaging parts 15, 15 with each other.
