PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable attachment in a single operation without using conventional brackets and screws to improve workability, and to prevent coming-off of a trim cover, in an attaching structure of a hook to be attached on the rear face side of a seat back of a vehicle seat. SOLUTION: An attaching case 30 is inserted and fixed into a square hole formed in a seat back frame and a seat back pad, a trim cover is covered from the upper side, a hook case 40 with a hook 20 is fitted and fixed into the attaching case 30 inside the trim cover from the upper side of the trim cover, then a square insertion rod 42 of the hook case 40 is inserted between lock pieces 32 of the attaching case 30 to open the lock pieces 32 so that the attaching case 30 is firmly fixed to the seat back frame. Accordingly, by using the two-piece body consisting of the attaching case 30 and the hook case 40, no bracket or screw is required, and attachment in a single operation can be enabled.
