After enzymatic treatment and washing out biotissue for xenoprosthesis is placed in 0.10-0.15% and 0.25-0.35% solution of glutaric aldehyde in borate buffer at 5-25 C and valve is placed in the more saturated solution which is changed three times followed by sterilization.
