PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cargo net with a simple structure capable of partitioning an occupant's seat from a luggage room in both a rising state and a housing state of a seat back. SOLUTION: This cargo net comprises a net 10 having size developable between a cabin ceiling part 2 and a rear face of a seat back in a storing state; and first, third and second stays 11, 13, 12 connecting with both end edge parts and a middle part between them of the net 10 in almost parallel. The first stay 11 is locked to lock tools of the cabin ceiling part 2. The second stay 12 is locked to a lock tool of the rear face of the seat back in a rising state of the seat back, while the third stay 13 is locked to the lock tool of the rear face of the seat back in the storing state of the seat back. Thereby, the net 10 can partitions an occupant's seat from a luggage room according to the state of the seat back.
