摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a more stable drum water level control by simultaneously considering steam flow rates of steams of a gasification plant and a composite power plant when inputting and outputting together with a main steam flow rate as quantities of states. SOLUTION: A real main steam flow rate signal 21 and a real supply steam flow rate signal 37 of a supply steam flow rate detector 36 to a gasification plant are input to an adder 38, and a steam flow rate calculated value 39 is output from the adder 38. A control signal 1 from a control calculator 18 and the value 39 are input to an adder 22, and a control signal 23 is output from the adder 22. The signal 23 and a real water supply flow rate signal 25 are input to a subtracter 26, and a deviation signal is output from the subtracter 26. The deviation signal is input to a control calculator 28, and a valve lift command value 29 to a drum water level control valve is output from the calculator 28.
