MARINE ICE-RESISTANT PERMANENT PLATFORM AND METHOD OF ITS ERECTION

SUBSTANCE: marine ice-resistant permanent platform consists of caisson assembled from four blocks with reservoirs inside it for well production and technological fluids. Caisson has double side walls filled with concrete. Reservoirs are divided by steel structures with clearance filled with concrete. Functional units are located on upper bearing plate of caisson. Platform is provided with ice-cutting strake, ice- breaking and wave baffles, steel skirt located in lower portion of caisson. Ice-cutting strake is located below upper plate of caisson; it is made from two-layer steel; outer layer is made from stainless steel. Side walls of caisson are inclined at angle of 45 to 70 deg relative to its bottom plate. EFFECT: possibility of performing jobs in open sea all year round under complex hydrometeorological condition in drilling and preparing wells, production of oil and gas and temporary storage of oil in volumes exceeding 100.000 cu.m. 8 cl, 3 dwg
