PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the ability to polish coins and increase the processing speed by placing a rotating disk with brushes on opposing sides close to an upper brush plate where the portion opposed to an eject slot is adapted to be an eject portion without a brush, and providing a coin inlet close to the eject portion. SOLUTION: When a coin is dropped from a coin inlet 1a of a coin chute 1, the coin reaches the center of the upper face of a rotating disk 2 being rotated and moves outward by a centrifugal force. The moved coin enters between an upper brush 3a and lower brush 2c through a coin guide formed by shortening the upper brush 3a planted at the lower face of the upper brush plate 3 and positioning the bottom of the upper brush 3a apart from the top of the lower brush 2c planted at the upper face of the rotating disk 2. While the coin is moving outward by the centrifugal force, both brushes 3a and 2c polish the upper and lower surfaces of the coin. The polished coin is moved outward from a coin eject portion 12 and ejected from a coin eject slot 4a. |
