PURPOSE: A power electric device is provided to minimize the three-dimensional structure of the power electric device and to decrease the spurious inductance. CONSTITUTION: A power electric device includes insulator gate bipolar transistors and diodes. A first surface is arranged on the conduction substrate(2). The power electric device includes a second surface. The two adjacent surfaces are divided by a plane conductor array including at least one conduction or thermal bus bar(18). The bus bar supports the circuit of the second surface at the other side of the substrate(2). At least one conduction material insulated electrically from the bus bar(18). The at least one conduction material is coupled to the other terminal of the first circuit, and is arranged in the bus bar. |
